Featured Neighborhood: Kirkwood

Kirkwood was established in the 1870′s as a suburb of Atlanta. In the early 19oo’s streetcars provided fast service to and from downtown Atlanta three times a day! Located south of Dekalb Avenue and north of Memorial Drive in what most Atlantans would consider to be the heart of the city, today Kirkwood is known for it’s quaint bungalows renovated shot-gun style homes.
