Jon & Kevin had us over for tamales the other night, what a treat!! this October will mark the year anniversary of their home purchase! We met when they were scoping out Northcrest and fell in love with a spectacular Mid-Century Modern renovation that was already under contract! Sadly, they put an offer in on another house in hopes of tweaking it and making it similar to the one they loved. I am a strong believer that things happen for a reason… The offer on their dream home fell through and when I called them to tell them the good news they were elated!
